Last job of the week was a Basic Wash and a Basic Interior Detail on this almost 20 year old Mazda 5!
Quite a bit of interior real estate on such a small looking van but it’s done and traces of grand children are gone (for now).
Ford Expedition
Alex had been using his Expedition as a work truck and grandkid hauler through 2020 and wanted the interior brought back to basics and the outside quickly washed. Unfortunately I did not document any of the interior but with a Full Interior Detail, I got as much of the sawdust, dirt, and smudges out as I could, followed by a Basic Wash. Like with every interior detail I do, I ran my ionizer inside for 30 minutes after cleaning to neutralize any odor that exists.
1996 Porsche 911 Cabriolet
David brought his 993 Cabriolet by for a Basic Wash while he was in town. He had brought the car in for a Basic Detail back in June, when I polished up the car, removed old stone guard PPF, and installed new OEM stone guard PPF. Knowing that this is one of only 2,152 1996 Cabriolets brought to the US and Canada, David knows that maintenance is paramount!
The detail back in June included finishing the car with Optimum Car Wax, which has UV protection, and lasts for about five months. This car doesn’t have a modern clear coat on it like newer cars so during this Basic Wash, I did put another application of Wax on just as a boost.
